Location: Central Levante area - 450m from the beach

Description: These new apartments are situated on the corner of Avenida Europa and Calle Ibiza, so quite convenient for The Square, and only about six or seven minutes walk from the beach and promenade.

They have a nice swimming pool set in shady area with trees and grass (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), and private parking (13 euros per day payable locally). They are very suitable for wheelchair users as there is easy access into the building and big lift. WiFi available at the managing agents' office on the ground floor of the building during their office hours.

The apartments have one or two bedroom and lounge/diner with sofa bed which makes into two single beds. They sleep up to 4 and 6 people. They have a good size glazed in balcony, bathroom and well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine in separate area with sink. They also have air conditioning, central heating, free TV and safe (11 euros per week payable locally). The two bedroom apartments also have an extra shower room.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.
