Location: Rincon de Loix - 50m. from Levante Beach

Description: These apartments are just behind McDonalds, in the corner of the beach. The entrance is from the main road, Avenida Ametlla de Mar, and the side street, Calle Manila. They are, therefore, in a very good location.

They have free private parking and are suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter users. They do not have a swimming pool.

The buildings have studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The studios sleep up to 3 people, there are two proper single beds and a sofa bed in the glassed in balcony. The one and two bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 and 6 people respectively, with two in the sofa bed in the lounge which converts into two beds. The second bedroom in the 2-bedroom apartments do not have a window, only a skylight. They all have kitchen, bathroom and enclosed balcony. The kitchens have a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. All the apartments have free satellite TV with some English channels. The safe is an optional extra.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 17th floors.
