Location: 400m. from the old town - 700m. from Levante Beach

Description: These modern apartments are in a good central position, 5 minutes walk from the old town, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the entertainment area. Please note that they are not let to young single sex groups, only families and couples.

There is a swimming pool, open all year, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Limited parking available at 5 euros per day payable locally. There is a ramp into the building so they are suitable for wheelchair users. Reception (not 24 hrs.).

The apartments have 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, and a light and airy lounge/diner with 2 single sofa beds, and sleep up to 4 people. There is free satellite TV with some English channels (Sky News, True Movies, Eurosport). Hatch to kitchen. The kitchen has an electric hob (no oven), microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There is a separate area with washing machine and sink. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There are 2 balconies, one with table and chairs and the other, smaller balcony, has a clothes airer. The lounge and bedroom have free air conditioning and heating. Free WiFi (reception can vary). Safe deposit boxes can be hired for 2 euros per day.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival. The deposit can only be paid by credit/debit card.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 9th floors.

Description on website accurate. Bad side: furniture and kitchen equipment are rather basic and rudimentary. The kitchen sink outlet pipe leaked, creating a smell in the kitchen. Beds exceptionally hard; sofas uncomfortable. Bathroom towels old and hard. Fairly good quality accommodation. I would use these apartments again.

THE POOL IS ON THE SMALL SIDE, AND IF IN OUR CASE, A LARGE GROUP HAPPEN TO BE STAYING THERE AT THE SAME TIME AND DECIDE THEY WILL POOL HOG,THEN YOU WILL STRUGGLE FOR PLACES AROUND THE POOL. GREAT ACCOMODAION FOR THE PRICE BENIDORM APARTMENTS CHARGE AS OTHER COMPANIES SEEM TO CHARGE MUCH MORE.

2011-03-18JennyVery good location, close to old town and beach, and an easy walk to the night life area. The area was bustling without being noisy and we were able to sleep well enough.
2010-01-27stigofthedumpNice apartment given a top floor south facing. Did hear neighbours moving around and doors are noisy when closing. On a main road from the old town so street traffic noisy and bin men are around from 11pm till 1am. Free satilite TV is not English mainly local spanish freeview. 150euros deposit is steep but understandable given quality.
