Description: This building is in a narrow street in the heart of the old town. It has belonged to the same family for a long time and they still occupy three apartments in the third floor. The rest of the building was converted in 2005 into holiday flats. It has all been done very well and they are well equipped and maintained.

There is no swimming pool or private parking. There is only a small step into the building so it is suitable for wheelchair users.

There are one and two bedroom apartments. Most of the bedrooms have a double bed, but some of the two bedroom apartments have twin beds in the second bedroom. They all have two single sofa beds in the sitting/dining room. They only have a small balcony, which is not big enough to sit out on. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle and washing machine. They have air conditioning, central heating, and free TV, but without satellite. They do not have safes.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
