Description: These new apartments, which were completed in 2007, are situated up the hill in the corner of Levante Beach, just past the Benikaktus Hotel. From here you get one of the best uninterrupted views of the whole bay, as far as Poniente Beach and La Cala. From here The Square would be about 20 mins. walk, and the old town about 35 mins. along the front. NB: They are not let to young single sex groups, only families and couples.

There is a nice swimming pool in front of the building (only guaranteed to be open June to September), and free underground car park. There is access into the building for wheelchair users, but its location on the hill may not make it a good option.

The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds, good size lounge/diner, very nice bathroom, separate kitchen and balcony. They sleep up to 4 people using the sofa bed in the lounge which makes in to two beds. +-e kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, kettle and washing machine. They have free TV, air conditioning and central heating. They do not have safes.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
