Description: These apartments are in a very good central location in Avenida Mediterraneo, so convenient for everything - the beach and promenade, the old town and The Square. As they are on a corner, you can see the sea and beach between the buildings from the balconies. You also have a good commanding view of the busy Avenida Mediterraneo.

There is a swimming pool behind the building (only guaranteed to be open between mid June and mid September) and free locked parking (only about 12 spaces, but usually only gets full sometimes in July/August). The entrance to the building has a ramp and the lift is big enough so it is suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartments are spacious and have one bedroom with twin beds, lounge/diner, separate kitchen, bathroom and good size enclosed balcony. With the sofa bed in the lounge they sleep up to 4 people. The kitchen has a 2-ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Some have washing machines. The TV and safe are optional extras payable locally.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Standard Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality apartments but are just generally older. They form the bulk of the apartments that we let and for most people they serve their purpose of providing functional accommodation at a reasonable price, particularly if you spend most of your time out.
