Description: At 36 floors this new building is one of the tallest in Benidorm. It is right up the hill next to the Palm Beach Hotel, but you can use the free shuttle bus that goes down to the beach and town centre. All apartments are south facing and you get magnificent views of the town and bay, particularly from the higher floors.

Clients are invited to use all facilities of the Palm Beach Hotel next door, which includes 24 hrs. reception, indoor and outdoor pools, parking, snack bar, restaurant, entertainment, internet access, safe and luggage room.

There are one and two bedroom apartments to sleep up to 4 and up to 6 people. Each bedroom has two single beds. Both types have a bathroom, kitchenette, large balcony and lounge/diner with sofa bed which converts into two single beds. The two bedroom apartments also have an extra shower room. The kitchenettes have an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. They have air conditioning, central heating and satellite TV.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
