Description: These recently refurbished apartments are in a very good central location, convenient for the old town, the central entertainment area and the front.

They have a big swimming pool (open all year) with sun terrace, and free private parking. They are suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

The apartments have one bedroom, open plan kitchen/lounge/diner and large balcony. They sleep up to 4 people with the sofa in the lounge which converts into two beds. The kitchen has a 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower not a bath. The washing machine and TV, (unfortunately no English channels) are included in the rental price. The safe is an optional extra at 10 euros per week (half price for long stays).

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 100 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.

Pets OK are allowed in the Apartments.
