Description: These apartments occupy a commanding position at the top of Calle Manila, known locally as Cardiac Hill! The hill is undoubtedly steepish but if you can manage the less than 150m. climb it is worth the effort for the fantastic views of the bay, particularly from the higher floors.

There is a swimming pool with sun terrace (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), and underground parking (6 euros per day payable locally). There is a ramp for wheelchairs and large lifts, but bearing in mind its situation it may not be the best option for wheelchair users.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, lounge/diner, small kitchen with hatch and bathroom. The one bedroom apartments have a huge enclosed balcony. The two bedroom apartments have a half size (but still good size) balcony because the other half has been partitioned off to make the second bedroom. Except for one two bedroom apartment all the balconies are enclosed. The kitchens have a hob, microwave and toaster. Free TV and washing machine.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Standard Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality apartments but are just generally older. They form the bulk of the apartments that we let and for most people they serve their purpose of providing functional accommodation at a reasonable price, particularly if you spend most of your time out.
