Location: Central Levante - 800m. from the beach

Description: These new apartments are in a quiet location near the Rio Park Hotel, just 5 mins. walk from The Square.

They have a 24 hrs. reception, large attractive swimming pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, children's play area and optional private parking (10 euros per day payable locally). They are suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartments have either one or two bedrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen withmicrowave, ceramic hob, oven and coffee maker, (but no kettle or toaster), bathroom and enclosed balcony. The one bedroom apartments have a double bed and the two bedroom apartments have a double bed in one room and twin beds in the other. They sleep up to 4 and 5 people respectively with the sofa bed in the lounge. The sofa in the one bedroom apartment converts in to two beds, but the sofa in the two bedroom apartments is just for one. The two bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. They have air conditioning, free TV, and safe (payable locally).

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable deposit of 200 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 31st floors.

Key collection: From the apartments' reception from 17:00 hrs. The reception is open 24 hrs.
