Description: This building has 32 floors and is one of the tallest in Benidorm. It is in a very good situation on the front, but, because of the construction of the building, you only get a restricted view of the beach and promenade - east, west or in front.

There is a small swimming pool and sunbathing area behind the building (open June to September only) and free small private car park. There is a ramp into the building and the lift is big enough for wheelchairs.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room and bathroom. With the sofa bed in the lounge which converts into two single beds they sleep up to 4 and 6 people respectively. The one bedroom apartments have an enclosed balcony. The two bedroom apartments do not have a balcony as they have been converted into the second bedroom. The kitchen area is equipped with 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, and washing machine. The bathroom has a small bath. They have TV, and air conditioning and heating in lounge, included in the rental price. Safe payable locally.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
