Description: These apartments are just round the corner from the indoor market, in an area with many shops, bars, etc.

There is a good size swimming pool with children's pool, but it is only guaranteed to be open from mid June to mid September. They also have a tennis court. The swimming pool and the tennis court are shared with the adjacent building, Acuarium III. They do not have private parking. They are not suitable for wheelchair users.

In this building there are one bedroom apartments which sleep up to 4 and studios which sleep 2. The one bedroom apartments have twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge which makes into two beds. The studios only have the sofa bed. The kitchenettes mainly have a microwave (some have mini ovens), toaster and kettle. The TV, which only has 2 English channels, costs 3.85 euros per day, or 50 euros for the month. The bathrooms have a small bath or shower. A safe is available for 2 euros per day. Most of the balconies are open.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 200 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 22nd floors.
