Location: Rincon de Loix - 400m. from Levante Beach

Description: These apartments are about 250m. up the hill.

They have a swimming pool, which is open all year, bar, computer area (internet connection), reception, free parking and laundry room.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, living/dining room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and good size open balcony. The kitchens only have a 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle. They do not have oven or microwave. They have a coin operated TV with about 12 English channels, and safe for 9 euros per week. These apartments are quite spacious. The furniture is oldish but in good condition.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 11th floors.

Key collection: From the apartments' reception between 17:00 and 20:00 hrs.
