Location: Central Levante - 200m. from Levante Beach

Description: These apartments are in the entertainment area of the new town, near the Hotel Ambassador. They were known simply as the Payma, but following a complete refurbishment in 2007 were renamed New Payma.

There is a small swimming pool, which is open from some time in April to October, and 24 hrs. reception, but no parking. It is suitable for mobility scooters, which can be charged in the lobby.

There are studios for 2 people with a double sofa bed. The apartments have one or two bedrooms and, with the sofa bed in the living room, sleep up to 4 and 6 people. The living/dining room and enclosed terrace have been made into one open space. The separate kitchen has a 4 ring hob and oven, but no microwave. There is also a washing machine and an iron can be borrowed from reception. The bathrooms do not have baths, only showers. Free satellite TV. The safe costs 7 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 2nd and 11th floors.
