Description: These very popular apartments are situated a little way up a not very steep hill in Avenida de Estocolmo.

There is a 24 hrs. reception and a nice swimming pool area with sun loungers, next to a bar/cafeteria and games room. The pool is open all year. They are not suitable for wheelchair users because of steps at the entrance and small lift. There is a laundry room with coin operated washing machines. It is possible to borrow an iron from reception.

Here there are studios, and one and two bedroom apartments. They sleep up to 2, 4 and 5 people respectively, with the sofa bed in the lounge/diner. However, the second bedroom in the 2-bedroom apartments is small and has a double bed and no wardrobe. They all have open balconies. The kitchens have oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. They have air conditioning and heating for the winter, safe (payable locally) and free TV.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Standard Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality apartments but are just generally older. They form the bulk of the apartments that we let and for most people they serve their purpose of providing functional accommodation at a reasonable price, particularly if you spend most of your time out.
