Description: These new apartments, which were only completed in 2007, are in La Cala, about 4 kms. from the centre of Benidorm. The area has many shops, bars and restaurants, but not to the same extent as in the centre of Benidorm. There is a public bus into Benidorm every day until about 2:00 am.

There is an attractive medium size swimming pool which is open all year. A parking space in the locked underground car park is included in the rental price. It is suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds, spacious lounge with double sofa bed and open balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. They are furnished to a high standard and are very well equipped with air conditioning, central heating and satellite TV with English channels. The bathroom, although nice, is smallish compared to others and has a half size bath. The separate kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Wifi also available at 9 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 200 euros (or 150 pounds) per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
