Location: Central Levante area - 250m from the beach

Description: These apartments are very central, just two blocks from The Square, and only about 50m. from busy Calle Gerona. The front is less than 5 mins. walk, and the old town less than 15 mins.

There is a nice swimming pool which is open all year, private parking (closed but not secure because of low wall - 6 euros per day), and reception open until 20:00 hrs. There are ramps up to the lobby and lift for wheelchair users.

Here there are one and two bedroom apartments to sleep up to 4 and 6 people, using the sofa bed in the lounge/diner. All the bedrooms have twin beds so they are very suitable for single sex groups. They all have open balconies. The kitchens only have a 2 ring hob and microwave. They do not have ovens, toasters or kettles. There is a free TV and some apartments have safes (payable locally). They have a separate laundry area but no washing machines. Irons can be borrowed from reception.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 13th floors.

2011-10-16anne edinburghthis is a shame the apartment are in good area but basic is not the word .the bed was mattress on wooden board chairs had holes in seats. wardrobe was patched where hole had been made curtains living room stained .light ceiling no shade. no wall or bed lightss .one mirror in whole place. one picture. badly badly in need of refurb asked about tv which we should have had she said we could have one but would be no point as it was only spanish but she did give us toaster got two keys one our door. one outside should not have botherd just pushed open any time bed clean other wise would have been gone shame really just needs care and could be really good apts. please clean them up staff nice

2011-07-29MarycielVery basic, in need of an urgent refurbishment, but saying that it suited our needs perfectly - a base where we slept and showered. Kitchen equipment insufficient to cook anything more than egg on toast. No TV/Radio. Beds very army-like. But staff (receptionists) were friendly and very helpful.

The maryciel are apartments are perfect for groups of friends wishing to spend time in benidorm, it is very close to the main nightlife and also to the beach. The pool area was also kept very clean and was peaceful throughout the day.

Electric plugs were hanging off the wall, very basic and old fashioned, mould in the bathroom and a piece of hardboardfor the base of two of the beds
