Description: This building is in a very good location at the Rincon de Loix end of the beach. From all the apartments you get a good view of the beach and promenade towards the Rincon, but a more restricted view towards the old town because the building is at a slight angle.

Behind the building there is a nice swimming pool (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September) with grassy area for sunbathing, and some free private parking. There is a ramp into the building and the lift is big enough so it is suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartments have one or two twin bedrooms, living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. They sleep up to 4 and 6 people. The kitchens have an oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The TV and safe are optional extras payable locally.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
