Location: Rincon de Loix - 400m from Levante Beach

Description: These apartments are situated about 150m. up the hill in the Rincon de Loix area, in Calle Berlin, which is the road that is the continuation of Avenida Mediterraneo.

They have a nice swimming pool with sun loungers (only guaranteed to be open July and August), and free private parking.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, living/dining room with sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom and good size balcony. They sleep up to 4 and 6 people. In the two bedroom apartments one bedroom has a double bed, the other one has twin beds. The kitchens have a hob, toaster and kettle. Some have ovens or microwaves. There is a washing machine in separate laundry area.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 8th and 17th floors.

Key collection: At agent's office 300m. away between 17:00 and 20:00 hrs.
