Description: These apartments are in two buildings, Gemelos II in Calle Ibiza, and Gemelos IV in the next road up, Calle Jaen. They are very similar buildings and similarly equipped. They are both very central, near The Square. The suppliers will allocate an apartment in one or the other according to availability.

Both buildings have swimming pools (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), and underground private parking (payable locally). There is wheelchair access to the buildings and rooms but not to the pool area.

The apartments have one bedroom, large open plan sitting/dining room, with sofa bed which makes into two single beds, separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The kitchens are equipped with 2 ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a TV, and safe (payable locally). They do not have air conditioning or central heating.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Standard Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality apartments but are just generally older. They form the bulk of the apartments that we let and for most people they serve their purpose of providing functional accommodation at a reasonable price, particularly if you spend most of your time out.
