Description: These apartments are situated in a quiet street opposite the Aiguera Park. There are, however, a number of bars and shops within 200m. of the building. As the land rises gently you get a commanding view from the 4th floor upwards of the old town, the new town and the sea. From here it is about 1 km, to the Square in the new town. Please note that they do not accept bookings for Stag and Hen Parties, or bookings for more than three apartments, even if made in different names.

There is a swimming pool, which is open all year, with sunloungers in a grassy sheltered area in front of the building. There is also private locked parking (optional extra), and a luggage room and toilet/washroom in the lobby for late departures.

All the apartments have one bedroom with twin beds, and a double sofa-bed in thelounge, and sleep up to 4 persons. They have a good size open terrace, open plan kitchen/living/dining room, bathroom and small laundry room. They have air conditioning, central heating, free satellite TV with some English channels (Sky News, True Movies, Eurosport, and some films on Spanish TV can bewatched in their original version) and safe (2-3 euros per day). The kitchen has a 2-ring hob, oven, toaster and kettle. Microwaves and irons can be borrowed from reception.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival. The deposit can only be paid by credit/debit card.

Standard Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality apartments but are just generally older. They form the bulk of the apartments that we let and for most people they serve their purpose of providing functional accommodation at a reasonable price, particularly if you spend most of your time out.
