Location: Levante Beach - side street off the front line - Near the old town

Description: These smart apartments are in a very good location just 50m. from the front, near the old town, and 15 mins. walk from the central entertainment area.

There is a small swimming pool at first floor level which is open all year, and locked parking. The apartment on the first floor is particularly suitable for wheelchair and mobility scooter users.

Our supplier only has two apartments here. One on the 12th floor with two bedrooms with twin beds and two bathrooms, and one on the first floor with one room with double bed and the other with twin beds which only has one bathroom. The one on the 12th floor has an enclosed balcony, the one on the first floor an open balcony. They both have a double sofa bed in the lounge and sleep up to 6 people. They are both very well furnished and equipped to a high standard. They have air conditioning, central heating, and satellite TV with English channels. The separate kitchens have oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Wifi also available at 9 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 200 euros (or 150 pounds) per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are on the 1st and 12th floors.

2010-09-18Name Withheldthe apartments acintur are advertised as front line they are not front line they are on a side street but in saying that we could not fault the apartment it had everything you could need for your holiday the only down side was the price although advertised as a deluxe apartment it was very nice and clean but no way was it worth 686 euros plus 50 euro cleaning bill for this reason alone i will book an hotel next time

2009-07-14linda the apartment was great but at night the noise from the disco bars was very loud. So you have to shut all windows and put air con on. Found really good bar Robin Hood under Duke of Wellington food great and reasonable, come out of apartments turn right then left at bottom of road bar on right about 2 minute walk. No chairs round pool which was a let down.
2008-10-18steveLovely apartment in a brilliant location. With little or no staff and no reception, getting in and out was awkward with four adults sharing two sets of keys and three doors to pass. But the views, apartment standard, facilities in the apartment and the central location more than made up for it. Top notch!! and recommended.
2008-07-11lesleywe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at acintur apartments and would fantastic location especially for my disabled husband,however i have made enquiries to re-book for next year and find the £120 increase a little too high!!
