Description: This popular complex is situated in Avenida Ametlla de Mar, not far from the indoor market. There is also an entrance in Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and The Square is less than 15 mins. walk. The twice weekly outdoor market is less than 10 mins. walk.

The complex, which was only completed in 2003, consists of three buildings with 30 floors. In the middle there is a large attractive lagoon style swimming pool with children's pool. The pools are open all year, but there is also a covered pool which is heated in the Winter months. They also have two tennis courts and parking (payable locally). They are suitable for wheelchair users as there is easy access into the building and big lift.

The apartments have one bedroom, lounge/diner with sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom and good size balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. The kitchen has an oven, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine in separate area with sink, and an iron and ironing board. Free TV but only Spanish channels. The air conditioning is optional (7-9 euros per day depening on lengh of stay). The safe costs 10 euros per week. The air conditioning and safe should be requested at time of booking.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 100 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
