Description: These apartments are situated in a good central location on the front line. However, because the building is not in line with the ones to its sides (it is back a bit) you only get a partial view of the beach and promenade - the 45 degrees in front of you, rather than the 90 degrees you might get at some other apartments.

An advantage of its position is that, unlike most other buildings on the front, the swimming pool is in front of the building (at first floor level with a bar and shops below it), not the back. Which means you get the sun in the morning and early afternoon, and from the pool area you can see the sea, beach and promenade. The pool is only guaranteed to be open June to September. Parking is available (payable locally). These apartments are suitable for wheelchair users.

The apartments have one bedroom, lounge/diner with sofa bed, separate kitchen, bathroom and enclosed balcony. They sleep up to 4 people. The kitchen has an oven, microwave and kettle. There is a separate washing area with washing machine and sink. They have a digital flat screen TV, air conditioning and central heating.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
