Description: These recently refurbished apartments are situated in Calle Esperanto, less than 15 mins. walk from the old town and about the same distance from the central entertainment area and The Square.

They have a nice swimming pool (open summer only) and locked parking (3 euros per day ayable locally). There is easy access in to the building for wheelchair users and a big lift.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms and sleep up to 4 people (no more than 3 adults) and 5/6 people (either up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) respectively. The sofa bed in the lounge/diner makes in to two single beds. They have a large separate kitchen and spacious bathroom. The two bedroom apartments also have a separate WC. The kitchens are well equipped and have a microwave, toaster and kettle, and washing machine in separate area. They have free satellite TV but at the moment they do not have any English channels. They also have air conditiong and central heating. The safe costs 10 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
