Location: Central Levante area - 650m from the beach

Description: These recently refurbished apartments are situated in Calle Esperanto, less than 15 mins. walk from the old town and about the same distance from the central entertainment area and The Square.

They have a nice swimming pool (open summer only) with grass and trees around and sunbeds, and locked parking (3 euros per day payable locally). There is easy access in to the building for wheelchair users and a big lift.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms and sleep up to 4 people (no more than 3 adults) and 5/6 people (either up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) respectively. The sofa bed in the lounge/diner makes in to two single beds. They have a large separate kitchen and spacious bathroom. The two bedroom apartments also have a separate WC. The kitchens are well equipped and have a microwave, toaster and kettle, a hob but no oven and washing machine in separate area. They have free satellite TV but at the moment they do not have any English channels. They also have air conditioning and central heating. The safe costs 10 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 19th floors.
