These apartments are situated in the old town just 50 meters from Poniente Beach and about 200 meters from Levante Beach. The building has 28 1-bedroom apartments with living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette and full bathroom. They have air conditioning, heating, TV, telephone and internet access. There is a reception, swimming pool on the roof, solarium and coffee bar.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
