Description: These apartments are situated in a pedestrianized street on the front of the old town, facing Poniente Beach. This is a very lively area and can be noisy at all times of day and late into the night. However, if that doesn't bother you, it's a nice place to be for the beach, the harbour, the Poniente Beach promenade and the shops, tapas bars and restaurants of the old town.

The building has 28 apartments on three floors, with a bar/cafeteria on the ground floor and on the roof a small swimming pool (open April-October), gym and solarium with sunloungers. There is no private parking. The apartments are suitable for wheelchair users, but access to the facilities on the roof would be difficult.

The apartments have one bedroom with twin beds and open plan living/dining room with double sofa bed, and kitchenette. They sleep up to 4 people. The ones on the front, which are more expensive, have a small balcony and sea view (through the palm trees in the plaza!). The others do not have balconies. The kitchenettes have a 2 ring hob and oven but no microwave, toaster or kettle. They have air conditioning and central heating, free satellite TV and free Wi-fi.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
