Location: Levante beach front line - 1.5 kms east of the old town

Description: These studios are situated in a prime beach front location. From here you will get very nice views of the beach and promenade.

There is a swimming pool with sun terrace behind the building, but it is only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September. There is also some free private parking, but space not guaranteed.

The studios consist of a lounge with two single beds and kitchenette, and a bathroom and balcony. They sleep just two people.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 13th and 22nd floors.

Key collection: At agent's office 200m. away between 17:00 and 20:00 hrs.

2011-04-19Name WithheldIt was not a cozy place, the beds were awful, the "neighbors" was very loudly speaking and we heard every word of their TV-set. This is never a place I will stay on again. In this special apartment there wasn´t any place to hang towels in the bathroom, because it was broken... The kitchen didn´t have any electric kettle for boiling water, and it took us 25 minutes to have warm water for cooking eggs and then you should cook the eggs... So it took about 40 minutes to boil a couple of eggs...! The decor and atmosphere I want to give minus 10...
2011-02-18ValI could never ask for a better apartment. right on the beach with the best views in the world. Lovely balcony to sit and relax. Stayed for 12 days and I was very happy there. Very secure. picking up keys easy to get to alone the promonade. Lovely restaurants right outside. I will stay there again and the price was fantastic.
2009-09-08Sue and GillLas Damas was brilliant in every respect. Key collection was in comfortable walking distance. When collected the key asked if there was a toaster in the room, the next day one was delivered. I booked with hotels abroad and before making my booking I contacted them a couple of times and they were very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

2008-07-15Name Withheldwould have been better with air conditioning. bed linen/towels were changed after three days but not for the rest of the holiday so had to use the same sheets/towels for 10 days
