Description: These apartments are situated in a good central position in Avenida Mediterraneo. Convenient for the front, the old town and the entertainment area of the new town.

They have a reception, swimming pool with solarium, bar/cafeteria and private parking (payable locally). They are suitable for wheelchair users.

There are studios for two people, and one bedroom apartments for up to four people. They all have a kitchenette and a balcony. They have air conditioning and TV included in the rental price.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Quality Apartments

These have fair quality furniture and are well equipped without having the extras supplied in the De Luxe Apartments. They may or may not have air conditioning, washing machines, microwaves, kettles or toasters (see individual properties), and TVs are sometimes an optional extra. However, the kitchens have ovens, fridges with small freezer, cooking pots and utensils, crockery and cutlery. In fact, everything, or nearly everything, you'll need.
