Location: Central Levante - 200m from the beach

Description: These very popular apartments are situated in Avenida Filipinas, in the entertainment area of the new town, very near The Square.

They have a swimming pool which is open all year (but not heated), 24 hr. reception with bar and lounge with computers for the internet (1 euro per hour), free locked parking and laundry room.

The apartments all have one bedroom with twin beds, large open plan kitchenette/living/dining room, and open balcony. With the sofa bed they sleep up to 4 people. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, oven, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a small bath. They have free satellite TV with some English channels, and safe (10 euros per week paid locally).

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 15th floors.

Key collection: From the apartments' reception from 17:00 hrs. The reception is open 24 hrs.

  • Prices based on stays of 4 nights or more.
  • Prices are for up to 2 persons. If 3 or 4 persons occupy the apartment there is a supplement of 7.00 Euros per night (not per person). In Nov./Dec. the supplement is only 5 euros.
  • Just 10 Euros Deposit if booking more than 6 weeks ahead.
  • Prices include one FREE transfer to and from Alicante airport if booking 7 or more nights.
