Location: Levante Beach front line - near the Rincon de Loix

Description: These apartments are in an excellent position near the Rincon de Loix end of the beach. From here you will get good views of the beach and promenade from all the apartments.

They do not have a swimming pool or private parking.

The apartments have two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with twin beds), lounge/diner with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and enclosed balcony. They sleep up to 6 people.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are all on the 4th and 5th floors.

Key collection: At agent's office 50m. away between 17:00 and 20:00 hrs.

2011-06-02Jim BVery well positioned for beach and Bars yet far enough away to be quiet. Rooms were larger than expected. Only problem showers got cold very quickly. Would come back with friends or a family hoilday.
2009-07-25allen the apartment could do with a little tender loving care. many of the doors were difficult to open and some doors were missing. the apartment was spotlessly clean but a little shabby. the shower did not work but it was quickly repaired. we will be going to this apartment in october with no worries

2008-10-05HansenIf we schould stay again it would be nice to have one or two TV canals in english.The showerhead neads to be replaced,it is spraying all over the bathtub and sealing. otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.
2008-06-10Name Withheldpoor decor,windows to outside did not close properly and wind was whistling into property causing great draught and noise.had to buy tape and use paper and tape to try and seal windows.evidence of previous attempts to do same by other occupants.the two single lounge chairs looked ok until you sat on them whereon the back rest cushion just gave way due to the rear of chairs only having approx 12inches of back in them where the back cushions were of normal height of approx 3foot.
