Description: These apartments are in a popular location a bit up the hill of Calle Londres, on the corner with Calle Berna. From here you are just a few steps away from the shops, bars and restaurants of Calle Londres, Avenida Ametlla de Mar, the indoor market, etc. And The Square is less than 15 mins. away.

There is a 24 hrs. reception and attractive sheltered swimming pool which is open all year. There is also limited private parking (payable locally). There are a few steps in to the building and the lift is small so not a good option for wheelchair users.

Here there are studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. They sleep up to 2, 4 and 5 people. The one and two bedroom apartments have a separate kitchen with hob and oven, the studios have a kitchenette. They all have a good size open balcony. There is a separate washing area with sink but they do not have washing machines. An iron can be borrowed from reception. They have free TV and safe (1.75 euros per day payable locally).

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Standard Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality apartments but are just generally older. They form the bulk of the apartments that we let and for most people they serve their purpose of providing functional accommodation at a reasonable price, particularly if you spend most of your time out.
