Location: Levante Beach front line - Near Rincon de Loix

Description: These very popular apartments are in an excellent location near the Rincon de Loix end of the beach. From here you will have a very good view of the whole beach and promenade from all apartments.

There is an average size swimming pool (which is only guaranteed to be open from mid June to mid September) and sunbathing area, but sunloungers are not provided. The building also has free private parking. There is a ramp into the building and a lift large enough for wheelchairs.

The apartments all have 2 bedrooms, living/dining room with sofa bed which makes into two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. They sleep up to 6 people, but there shouldn't be more than 4 adults. The kitchens have an oven and/or microwave and kettle, but not a toaster. They have coin operated TVs and safes are available at 10 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 21st floors.

2011-11-30Name Withheldtired and in need of a makeover. 4 adult males but beds designed for juniors,small and very thin mattresses. Adequate space but all furniture very tired. Limited wardrobe space in one room only. Second time at Vera Cruz, last year appt on 5th floor and much better equipped. This year despite asking for low floor we got 16th. One membe rof party suffers vertigo so uncomfortable time on enclosed balcony. Great location and fortunate that this year we got key deposit back day before we travelled home as offices not open at time of coach departure, Will probably book again but unsure as to who with.Last year booked with travel republic and we got the low floor we requested,

2011-05-22tomijonGot back last wk after a 5 day break. This apartment was great. easy enough room for 4+ adults and a brilliant sea view. If you spread the cost between 4 then its, really very cheap. It was well equiped including a washer. Only down side is one set of keys per apartment(£50 deposit was accepted and repaid on departure). Would defo go again.

2010-11-26baz & mothe property was very nice and room was clean. very spacious and cooking facilities good. excellent location. had the tv on once or twice but ate our money...lol. did not realise these still existed.ha . The last few apartments we had been in had free tv with few sky channels. this did not effect our holiday as was out most of the time , but would have been nice to see a bit of news while getting ready. As we were there in november it was a little chilli at night.There was a heater but it did not work..i suppose we should have asked the care-taker. Will be going back next year to these apartments god willing.

Plenty of space in the apartment for 4 adults and excellant view from the balconey. Near to all amenities. I will certainly be back and recommend the apartments to friends and family.
2010-10-14Womsnly7The apartment is quite spacious kitchen to small for two people to cook in ax it is self catering. The decor gone down hill tiles falling of walls on bslcony. Balcony doors a danger no stickers on them, so hence had a mishap with them. I find its gettin more run down each time we go decor, not enough essentials in kitchen, some switches dnt work, tne lamp the tele does not work even after puttin money in it. Dont get me wrong dont go on holiday to watch tele but when its rainin you need something. Only issued with one key a big problem when theres four of you.
2010-08-07MBBASIC ROOM BUT OK FOR HOW MUCH TIME IS SPENT IN THEIR.BIGGEST FAULT THE COOKER IS RUN OFF A SMALL GAS BOTTLE SO IT TAKES AGES JUST TO DO TOAST! NO KETTLE BEST TO BUY A CHEAP ONE IF NOT THAT ALSO TAKES AGES TO BOIL ON GAS APPART FROM THAT GREAT !!!!
2010-07-02beni bellesThis was my 4th visit to these apartments The kitchens are well equipped this one included a washer which we found very useful for the towels. The fridge is a good size.It is clean and spacious.The balcony was the full length of the apartment with a fantastic sea view. There are 8 people and we have 2 apartments and not 1 person has anything negative to say about them. Will be booking the same next year.

Very tastefully decorated & clean. The only thing missing was a kettle which we bought & left for other people to use. Would VERY highly recommend to anyone.

2009-11-18Name Withheldthe only complaint I have is the collection of the keys we had to go into the old town for these and leave deposit. Then for collection of deposit we had to go to Ideal Travel which was some distance away. Why cannot we leave deposit next door where we paid for our safe,or leave the keys with the cafe next door. Everything aside we enjoyed our holiday and would book these apartments again.

2009-11-18Name Withheldwe have stayed at the varacruz on a several ocasions, it is situated in a fantastic location close to bars restraunts shops etc,and great views over the beech, we find the apartments to be basic but they are clean confortable and quiet,great holiday for the price.
2009-07-07Name WithheldClean but a bit basic, some furniture could do with a bit of an upgrade. I suppose this is to be expected in self catering. Asked for no higher than 4th floor but got 18th. Lift was very small, not for the claustrophobic. But to be fair the apartment was okay and it was exactly where we wanted to be based.

2008-06-13Name WithheldIn a really good location ideal for both beach and the nightlife was within a short walking distance. The only downside was that we requested a low floor and found when we arrived that we were on the top floor.
2008-05-09Name WithheldThe apartment was well located and very clean the view from the balcony was excellent. The only problem we had was there were no instructions on how to use the cooker or were to take the rubbish. The conceirges were rather misrable when saying helo in most cases he did not answer and if asked a question did not give a direct reply. Other than that the holiday was perfect.
