Location: Levante Beach front line - Near Rincon de Loix

Description: This building has 32 floors and is one of the tallest in Benidorm. It is in a very good situation on the front, but, because of the construction of the building, you only get a restricted view of the beach and promenade - east, west or in front.

There is a small swimming pool and sunbathing area behind the building (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), and free small private car park. There is a ramp into the building and the lift is big enough for wheelchairs.

The apartments have 1 bedroom, a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room/terrace, and bathroom. With the sofa bed in the lounge which converts into two single beds they sleep up to 4 people. The bathroom has a small bath. The TV is included and safes cost 10 euros per week.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 11th and 29nd floors.

2009-02-27C & G 50,s coupleThis is one of the smartest set of apartments on the front line.What a view from our 23 rd floor balcony/lounge! If you do not like lifts or high floor accomodation request a lower floor as this apartment block has 35 levels.Great position and easy safe walking to the old town and shops.The restaurant on the ground level does great food and a full breakfast with toast ,marmalade, coffee and fruit juice for Eu4.20 .I was also able to park my car in the private car park at the rear for free.These apartments are not particularly cheap but they are in an enviable position and worth the extra.

2008-04-09Name WithheldApartment has seen better days, kitchen needs replaced, new fridge but could not open cupboard door because of it. Also transport that we arranged with your company are not allowed on the front so elderly parents had to carry own bags up to another street.
