Description: These apartments are situated in the road behind the Sol Pelicanos, not far from the indoor market. From here it is about 10 mins. walk to The Square.

Facilities include swimming pool (only guaranteed to be open mid June to mid September), tennis court and private parking. Although there is a ramp into the building for wheelchairs the lift is small.

The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining room with sofa bed, and balcony, and sleep up to 4 and 6 people respectively. The bathrooms have a small bath. The kitchen areas usually have an oven and kettle, but no toaster. There is a safe (optional extra) but no television in the lounge. There is only one 2-bedroom apartment which is on the 3rd floor, the 1-bedroom apartments are between the 5th and 9th floors.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Budget Apartment

These have similar equipment and facilities as the Quality and Standard apartments, but just expect more dents in the furniture and scuffs on the walls! Everything provided should work though, and they should be clean. As with the Standard apartments, as long as you have moderate expectations with regard to furnishings and decor, they serve their purpose of providing functional cheap accommodation.
