Location: Levante Beach front line - Rincon de Loix

Description: This building occupies one of the best locations in Levante Beach, and, since it is at an angle in the corner, you get one of the best uninterrupted views of the whole beach and promenade, no matter what floor you are on. From here you are about 15 mins. walk from The Square, and about 30 mins. from the old town.

There is a large free car park, a swimming pool (only guaranteed to be open from mid June to mid September) and a tennis court.

The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, living/dining room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom and good size terrace and sleep up to 4 or 6 people respectively. However the second bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartments is small and does not have any storage space. The kitchens mainly have a 2 ring hob, oven and kettle. Some also have toasters. The TVs are coin operated.

Price includes the use of water, gas, electricity and cleaning on departure. Bed linen and towels are also supplied and changed weekly. Refundable cash deposit of 150 euros per apartment payable on arrival.

Floors: The apartments are between the 1st and 22nd floors.

The staff downstairs were polite, nothing was too much trouble, and they were always cleaning when we went in and out of the apartment. We have had a very restful and enjoyable holiday and would certainly rent this apartment next time we are in benidorm. Thank you to the cleaner too, we had clean bedding and towels twice while we were renting for the 10 days, so nice and considerate.

2012-08-13	wazza	The Lift took ages to come once you pressed the button and also there was no kettle in the apartment but was a washing machine , dish washer & microwave and also aircon that really kept the room cool it was like a fridge once we came back to the apartment after being out in the burning hot sun , would have been good if there was a safe in the room aswell .Wonderful view of the beach and surroundings couldnt ask for anymore ...
2012-01-21	hazy b	we arrived on the 21/12/2011 .about 90clock in the evening and had to go to a different hotel to pick our keys up which involved getting a taxi back to don miguel i.the accomadation was good and spacious but cold with only a small radiator and a tele which we had to pay for but could not get any english chanels but we did not go there to watch tele anyhow we felt very safe with secure gates and security great balcony with good view but dont get sun till late afternoon we stayed ther for 31 nights and enjoyed the company of our 2 daughters who joined us for the third week and they thought it was realy good as we were self catering which we all enjoyed as the super market down stairs was reasonly priced with fresh bread and veg every day.we had a great holiday but wont go back to this apartment again as we like to try different places but would recomend it for couples who want peace and quiet with a wonderful veiw and easy access to the beach
2011-12-17	Eileen	We stayed in December, there was only one small electric radiator and this was not very good. We have stayed at these apartments a few years ago but then it was the begining of summer. The apartment was very cold and the windows on the balcony did not close properly therefore there was a constant draught coming in. Also there was an ironing board but no iron and although we were told to return the keys by 10.30 the cleaner knocked at 9am wanting to be in so we never had time for anything to eat or drink before leaving...Thank goodness for MacDonalds which is just below these apartments.

2011-10-23	Hanford	Well worn furnishings (mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable) but spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need - even an iron/ironing board! Fabulous views from the balcony and Levante beach was on the doorstep. We will certainly book these apartments again (despite the mattress), and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

It had 2 bedrooms of quit good size,lounge, bathroom,kitchen & an enclosed balcony with sliding windows The view from the apartment outstanding. The kitchen had everything, Full cooker(hob o.k. oven slow)large fridge/freezer, micro wave,toaster, iron/ & board. No air-conditioning, & the tv was the awful pay ones. We asked for 2 sets of keys with no problem, we also got our deposit back a day early with no problem.

2009-06-12	Name Withheld	The Don Migel 1 looks shabby from outside. Inside the apartment was very spacious. The furnishings were a bit shabby but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is right on the beach so is excellent. I thought it was great value for money and would go again.

The appartment was in need of refurbishment, but clean and reasonable value considering the condition. One of the lifts was being replaced which gave rise to some noise. We only saw one employee, the night porter who spoke no english.
2008-11-18	Lisahug	these apartments are very very dated and are in need of a major refurb. the electric wiring here really does need looking into. on a more positve note the location of these apartment is for me excellent. the views of the lavente beach front is trully superb also althought dated the bedding and towels etc are clean and fresh. the problem with the nosise here was really only to do with the lifts in the apartments being updated so not a constant problem
