Equipment level worse than useless.No iron or ironing board.No kettle even.No washing machine.No clothes maiden.No coffee table in lounge. all in all a very poor show considering all these things have been there in all the apartments we have rented in the same block over the years.We have booked our flights already for December as we do every year 18 nights accommodation needed from 8th DEC to 26thDEC.Unless someone contacts me then obviously that will tell me that you dont value rock solid business like ours or that the company doesnt read its own reviews.OVER TO YOU !Mr A Fenlon. |

WE WERE ON THE 25TH FLOOR BUT DIDNT TAKE LONG IN THE LIFT
WE HAD A GREAT VIEW RIGHT DOWN TO THE BEACH,AND COULD SEE ALL THE POOL AREAS AND SURROUNDING PLACES.THERE WERE 2 LIFEGUARDS ON EVERY DAY WHICH WERE REALLY NICE PEOPLE.
THE BALCONY WERE CHILDREN SAFE AS HALFWAY UP FROM THE BOTTOM IT HAD GLASS PANELS THEN FROM THERE IT HAD GLASS SLIDING WINDOWS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GREAT AS MY YOUNGEST IS 6 SO THIS WAS VERY REASURRING.
THERE WERE LOADS OF RESTURANTS AND SHOPS LOCALLY AND LOTS OF GOOD FOOD.
OVERALL HAD A BRILL HOLIDAY LOTS OF HOT WEATHER AND GOOD FOOD

Dont miss a stroll to the beautiful old town where the tapas bars offer lovely small plates of interesting dishes to suit everyone. A meal in the Queens is an absolute MUST..and if like me you are vegetarian there is a vast selection of dishes on offer..just make sure you are hungry though..!!
The entertainment at night is fantastic and although the drink is a tad expensive in the clubs it is well worth it.
Our favourite act has to be the spannish brothers..(whos name has escaped me but you wont miss them!)..who play the fiddles amongst an array of other instruments, they are hugely tallented and highly enertaining.
I could go on and on..just take my word..if you like the sun..good entertainment..good food..etc etc..Benidorm is hard to beat.
Oh yea..top tip..pick up the Benidorm newspaper which you can find in lots of pubs and restaurants and is free for lots of tips and information of the area.

One in particular was THE STARTING GATE which was classed as a sports bar through the day and a clean quiet restuarant at night, the food was excellent as was the friendly service, a three course set menu was 12 euro per person with a small but great choice of meals (steak was superb). Through the day they did a 2-6pm menu which was 8 euro for two meals. Overall, at night, 5 of us ate a 3 course with 9 drinks (3 pints, 2 sminoff ice, and 4 cokes plus a bottle of wine) for 68 euro which was pretty good. Avoid the places nearer the front if you want good value. |

Hiring a car was a mistake much better to have caught the many buses available from the airoport. Parking throughtout Bendidorm is horrific where ever you stay and theactual Benidorm taxis are bus service is very reasonable. |
