If you are trying to book accommodation for 8 or more adults in two or more apartments you constitute a group, as far as some suppliers are concerned. What this means is that some properties will not accept the booking, and others may do so only when they know what the group will consist of and they have had assurances of good conduct from the group leader.

Therefore, if submitting a booking or an enquiry please give us the following information to help us deal with your request:-

• Purpose of your trip to Benidorm (eg Stag/Hen Party, celebrate birthday, play golf, etc.).
• Anticipated number of people.
• Approximate age range.
• Sex (mixed, all female, all male).
• Have you, as a group with roughly the same people, been to Benidorm before?
• If so where did you stay and who did you book it through?

Please bear in mind that although one bedroom apartments sleep 4 and two bedroom apartments sleep 5 or 6, most apartments only have one bathroom. Ideally, you would not be planning to occupy the apartments to their maximum capacity. In our supplier's and our opinion, for an enjoyable stay it would be preferable if no more than 3 people occupied the one bedroom apartments and no more than four people occupied the two bedroom apartments. You will probably find that the difference in the cost per person between having a sensible number of people in each apartment and having overcrowded apartments is not that significant.

To estimate the cost use the Price Compare facility as if you wanted one 1-bedroom apartment or one 2-bedroom apartment and multiple by the number required. Alternatively, if/when you know where you want to stay, go to the apartment page and Estimate the Cost for the number of apartments you require. The prices shown will take into account any short stay supplements that may apply if you require less than the minimum stay (at most properties the prices are based on minimum stays of between 4 and 7 nights). However, please bear in mind that at a few 1-bedroom apartments there are supplements if occupied by more than two persons and at a few 2-bedroom apartments there are supplements if occupied by more than four persons.
